He spent 20 years in ‘Big Law’ and managed offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, London and Sydney and was consistently frustrated with the inflexibility of the industry and the talent drain of quality women. He loves the 2to3days ‘why’ and wants to help us help female legal talent. He combines being a 2to3 days champion with leading nexa, being a dad of 3, a NED, a school governor, a university mentor and a sports nut.
