May I create an account and a draft job ad before paying for post-a-job?

Yes, you can create an account now with no obligations and also build a job advert in draft format. Only when you’re ready to post your job live and start hiring, will you need to buy a job credit.

Are these jobs just for women?

No. We welcome all job seekers with open arms to join our community. However, our focus is on championing women and therefore the majority of our candidate database comprises female talent.

If I don’t get any applicants or recruit vis 2to3days, will I get my money back?

As you have chosen to use our jobs board service, with the corresponding low fee structure, and as we do not have sign off on the copy of the advert, salary and job terms on offer we cannot guarantee you will get applications.

However, what we can tell you is that 70% of our SME clients do hire through us and we have many happy returning clients too!
