Solicitor to join a small and very friendly property development company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team with purchasing development sites, disposing of residential units and granting commercial leases, as well as some refinancing and contentious work.

Experience of the Help to Buy scheme and/or of S106 agreements would also be an advantage.

South West London office (some wfh possible).

Salary £60,000 FTE.

PART TIME:  25-30 hours/week, with flexibility.
