We're looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking graduate to learn and develop the skills needed to lead Deutsche Bank's employee wellbeing proposition in the United Kingdom (UK) and to enable the day-to-day delivery of the Bank's employee benefits programme.

Your key responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee wellbeing programmes in partnership with internal stakeholders and external consultants; Enable the day-to-day delivery of Deutsche Bank's flexible benefits & wellbeing programmes in the UK
- Plan and execute strategic Bank-wide communications and engagement on topics relating to Pension, Benefits and Wellbeing
- Create and manage various digital and print assets including intranet e-hubs, interactive brochures, and contractual documents
- Develop an understanding of the UK Pension, Benefits and Wellbeing environment, with consideration for local legislation, tax, and accounting implications
- Support the on-boarding and implementation of new benefits, digital enhancements, and processes with consideration for data and vendor risk management
Your skills and experience
- A self-starter who's highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges; Creative, willing to share ideas and challenge existing thinking
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail
- Diligent, efficient, and able to manage multiple conflicting deliverables including working under pressure
- Ability to operate as a team player and to communicate effectively with both external vendors & internal stakeholders at all level, for example Finance, Legal, Communications and Human Resources
- Information Technology skills; proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications. Ability to use data to prepare and deliver updates to stakeholders
